Week 2 - Text Input, Check Boxes and Radio Buttons

Second Week Homework:

Design a simple form to poll users about a major issue confronting your country or the world as we head into the new millennium. For example, if you live in the U.S., you might want to ask, "Who will you vote for in the 2000 Presidential election?

  • Include at least FOUR questions on your form, two using radio buttons and two with check boxes.

  • Your form should also have an input field for the user's name and another for their age.

This homework project is a practice exercise. It will not be graded. Approach it as an opportunity to practice what you've learned. You may post your work on the class bulletin board for comment and feedback from classmates. Likewise, post any questions about this lesson as well as helpful resources pertaining to this course that you discover in your travels through cyberspace on the bulletin board.
